Where I can help

A sounding board when you need direction. A developer when you need to get things built.

Technical choices & project planning

Work through your requirements, compare approaches and define a realistic first version. You get clear next steps and an explanation of the trade-offs.

Troubleshooting & code review

Investigate a difficult bug, review an existing solution or identify why a workflow is failing. I can help prioritise fixes and implement the agreed changes.

Python, integrations & internal tools

Automate repetitive tasks, connect systems and build tools around your team's everyday work. From a small script to a scoped application.

Web, mobile & project delivery

Join your team for development work or take responsibility for an agreed project from idea and design through implementation, testing and handover.

From the first conversation to handover

  1. Understand the situation

We discuss your goals, the existing solution and what is getting in the way.

  2. Agree the work

I propose an approach, deliverables and a time estimate. We agree access and priorities before starting.

  3. Work together & hand over

You get progress updates, practical results and a clear handover of decisions, code or recommendations.

AI is part of how I work.

In consulting, AI helps me structure questions, compare approaches and support code review and documentation. My recommendations come from my own assessment of your situation.

Earlier working versions

AI can help with initial drafts and prototypes, so we can try ideas and gather feedback sooner.

More room to explore

I can compare design directions and technical approaches before choosing what fits your project.

Less routine work

Support with repetitive code, content drafts and documentation leaves more time for the parts that need individual attention.

Support for quality checks

AI can suggest test cases and edge cases, and help explain or review code. I check its suggestions against the actual solution.

My work. My responsibility.

AI can make mistakes. I review and adapt its output, test the solution and take responsibility for what I deliver. The aim is to make better use of the project budget; the time saved depends on the task.

Have requirements for AI use, source code or data? We clarify those before work starts.
