Privacy Policy

Bugbiscuit Hanssen (org.nr NO 838 152 422), referred to here as "Bugbiscuit", "we", "us" or "our", builds AI solutions, games and apps. We are the data controller for the data described here. This policy explains what data our products collect and how it is handled. Because our games and apps behave differently, the details are split into two sections below.

Individual titles may add a product-specific privacy notice. Where a specific game or app says something different, that notice applies to that product.

Games

Our games are typically free to play and may be supported by ads and optional in-app purchases.

  • Advertising ID.Our games may use your device's advertising identifier (the Google Advertising ID / AAID) to show ads, measure ad performance, cap how often an ad is shown, and reduce fraud. You can reset or delete this ID at any time in your device settings.
  • Ads. Ads may be delivered by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). These networks may process your advertising ID and limited device/usage data to serve and measure ads in accordance with their own privacy policies.
  • Purchases.All in-app purchases and sales in our games are processed exclusively through Google Play's own billing system. Payment is handled by Google — we never see or store your card number or payment details.
  • Analytics. We may use aggregated, non-identifying analytics to understand how a game is used and to improve it.

Apps

Our non-game apps are built to do a job, and generally collect only what is needed to provide that service.

  • Advertising ID. Our apps usually do notuse the advertising ID or show ads. If a specific app does, it will say so in that app's own privacy notice.
  • Purchases.Any paid features, subscriptions or sales are processed through Google Play's billing system (or the relevant platform's own payment system). We do not handle or store your payment card data.
  • Account data. If an app requires an account, we collect only the data needed to run that feature (for example an email address for sign-in).

What we don't do

  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We do not process or store your payment details — payments go through Google Play (or the platform's own payment provider).

Your choices

  • Reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
  • Manage or request deletion of data tied to a purchase via your Google Play account.

Children

Our products are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as our products evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
